Community Guidelines for Respectful Engagement

This isn’t a football match report or news article; it’s a set of community and site-use guidelines, so there’s no game, team, or player content to rewrite in a journalistic style.

Respect isn’t optional here. It’s the baseline.

This community runs on good faith between contributors and fellow fans, not on cheap shots or drive‑by abuse. That means no trolling, no baiting, and absolutely no wandering over to rival sites just to stir things up. Do that, and you’re almost certainly looking at a permanent ban.

If you want to keep track of your own voice in the conversation, head to the My Profile tab to see your full comment history. It’s your record, your reputation, and the quickest way to see how you’ve been part of the debate.

For those who live in the comments, there are a few shortcuts that make life easier:

  • Hit the C key to scroll forward through comments.
  • Use Shift + C to move backwards.
  • Tap Z to jump straight to the Next Unread comment.
  • Press Shift + A to mark every comment currently on your screen as read.

These tools are there so you can follow the flow of discussion without getting lost in long threads.

If something on the site isn’t working the way it should, report the bug by emailing [email protected]. That’s the direct line to the people who can fix it.

If the problem isn’t technical but about conduct, moderation, or how the rules are being applied, send a message to [email protected]. Include as much detail as you can so the moderators can step in quickly and fairly.

Use the tools. Respect the space. And let the football do the talking.
